What are the terms of the warranty and in which cases does it apply?

The products we offer as Mobiliz are covered by warranty against manufacturing-related part failures unless there is user intervention. Thanks to our 5-year warranty period, we offer long-term assurance to our customers.

Free Device Supply: The big difference with Mobiliz is that we provide a new device free of charge if your vehicle is stolen or totaled. In this process, certain conditions must be met:

  • If your vehicle is stolen, you must apply with a stolen report issued by official authorities (police, gendarmerie).
  • In case of accidents, fires or similar incidents, photographs of the incident and reports prepared by official institutions (police, fire brigade, insurance company, etc.) should be shared.

If your vehicle is totaled and the device is still accessible, our authorized service will be directed to take delivery of the device and a new device will be provided according to the situation.

Conditions covered by the warranty:

  • Part failures due to production
  • Technical problems (detected by authorized service intervention)
  • Hardware problems under normal conditions of use

Out-of-warranty cases:

  • Damage caused by user error or external factors
  • Unauthorized interventions or modifications
  • Failures due to liquid contact, impact or electrical faults
